Butter Paneer Masala !!

Soft CottageCheese cubes are cooked in buttery , creamy , spicy ,aromatic & vibrant looking onion tomato cashew based gravy.


It’s absolutely lips smacking & totally Restaurant style. 

It’s easy to make & wonderful paneer dish .. Which is loved by All age groups.

It can be served with Roti , Parathas , Poori , Rice or anything.

It goes perfect with everything.

It’s beautiful, delicious, easy paneer recipe.

I used very less butter & no cream but still it was so creamy & aromatic 😍😍

I am going to add all pics while making …so don’t talk too much & lets start pictorial recipe 😜
200 gram Panner 

2-3 tbsp Butter 

2 tbsp ghee

1/2 tbsp cumin seeds 

3-4 green cardamom 

4-5 cloves 

1 inch cinnamon stick 

2 mid size onion chopped 

4 tomatoes ( red & ripe) 

4-5 tbsp cashews 

1 1/2 cup milk 

1/2 cup hot water 

Fresh cream optional 

1 tbsp Red chilly powder or as per your tolerance 

1 tbsp coriander powder 

1/2 tbsp garam masala 

1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 

1/2 tbsp sugar 

1 1/2 tbsp crushed kasuri methi 

Salt to taste 

2-3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander 

Pictorial Recipe:-


Add 2 tbsp or more butter in the wok or pan . 


Add cloves , cardamom, cinnamon stick & cumin seeds . 


Add all these in the butter & sauté for 8-10 seconds.



After spluttering… Add roughly chopped onions & green chilly .you can also add ginger & garlic …..I ran out of it, so added only onion & green chilly.



Add some salt & sauté for 2-3 minutes.



Now , add chopped tomatoes & sauté for some time .



Now, add some cashews… & sauté for a minute.



Now , add around half a cup of water . 



Cover the lid …& let it cook for 8-10 minutes. 



Let it cool completely …. Then transfer this mixture into the blender.



After blending … Strain it with the help of strainer to get the silky & smooth texture.



Now, again on low flame ; Add some butter & ghee . 

Then add red chilly powder & little sugar according to your taste . 



Now , Add strained mixture & sauté for some time until oil start to leave the side of the pan .



Add some turmeric powder , coriander powder & garam masala.

Sauté for some time !!



It will look like this … Creamy !



Now, Add some milk & little water . 

You can also add fresh cream .

Sauté for some time . 



At last turn off heat & add crushed kasuri methi.

Check the salt & other seasoning.. Add,if required. 



Now , Add little fried paneer pieces  or you can also add fresh paneer pieces.

Add fresh chopped coriander leaves.

Now it’s ready to serve with Anything.
