My one of All time Favorite Curry … Pure Bliss💕

Dahi ke Aaloo(No Onion & Garlic)😍

Thodi  Khatti, Thodi Chatpati ek dum maan Khush karne wali Subzi💖

Goes perfect with Plain rice , Zeera rice , Roti , Paratha , Poori or anything😜😍

Pictorial Recipe:-

1. 

 Take some Boiled potatoes(5-6 potatoes)Break into uneven pieces by your hands .(some pieces should be mashed & some in uneven pieces)
& Some sour beaten yogurt (Dahi)( 1.5 cup)

Zeera (cumin seeds), hing( Asafetida), curry leaves ( I don’t have fresh one .. That’s why I added dried one .. You can use fresh one) & Dried whole red chillies .

Heat some oil ( you can add less oil but I like little more ) & as its heat .. Add all the tempering!! Flame should be low .

Add some chopped green Chilles .

Before putting oil in pot … Take a medium size bowl & add masalas like turmeric powder 1/2 tsp,Red chilly powder 1 tbsp & Coriander Powder 1/2 tbsp .. Add masala According to your taste along with water & mix very well with spoon.

After tempering add liquid formed masalas . Cook for 2 minutes only …no need to BHUNO for long .

Now ,

Add Salt as per taste .

Now,Add potatoes !

Mix very well & cook for 2-3 minute .

Now,Add sour Yogurt (Dahi ) … While adding Dahi … Keep stirring continuously!

10. 

 
Now , in the same yogurt vessel …Add some 1/2 cup water & shake well !

Continuously stir …Until it start to boil .

we need little thin consistency

Turn around over High Heat.

continuously stir & bring the mixture to a boil .

When mixture start to boil …

Then Heat should be medium.

Let it cook for 15-18 minutes over medium to low flame .

At last … Turn off heat & sprinkle 2 pinch of garam masala .

Add some chopped & fresh coriander leaves. 

15. 

Ready to serve with plain steamed Rice !
