Spicy Fried Rice !!

Made in just 15minutes .. From start to finish !! 

I used leftover rice !! 

Easy to make & super yummy !!

  

Spicy Fried Rice Recipe :-

Ingredients:-

2 tbsp oil 

1/2 tbsp cumin seeds 

2 thinly sliced onion 

2 chopped green chilly

Some chopped bell pepper 

Some chopped cabbage 

Green peas ( optional )

1/4 tsp turmeric powder 

1 tbsp red chilly powder or as per tolerance 

1/2 tsp black pepper powder 

2 pinch of any garam masala 

2 chopped tomato 

Some chopped coriander leaves 

Cooked Rice or left over rice 

Salt as per taste 

Method :- 

  • In a pan Add oil as it heats, Add Cumin seeds after crackling add Thinly sliced onions & green chillies.
  • Sauté for 2 min over high heat. 
  • Now add chopped bell pepper & some chopped cabbage .
  • Even if you wish you can add frozen green peas . Today I add only bell pepper & cabbage .
  • Add little turmeric powder,red chilly powder , black pepper powder & salt.
  • Again sauté for 2 minute .
  • Add cooked rice ( Separately add salt & garam masala in rice)
  • Give it a perfect stir then add chopped tomatoes . 
  • Again sauté for 2 -3 minute .
  • Now turn off heat .. Add chopped coriander leaves . 
  • Taste & check salt .. Add if necessary!

It’s ready to serve !!
