Creamy & Rich in taste
1 cup chopped Apple ( if you wish , you can add peeled one )
1 cup peeled & chopped papaya
1/2 cup peeled & chopped banana
3-4 cup chilled milk
2-3 tbsp honey or sugar
In a blender add All chopped fruits.
Add sugar or honey.
Add chilled milk .
Blend Throughly for 1-2 minute .
Now just pour in Glass & enjoy !
