Paneer Pyaz Kulcha 

(tawa Kulcha)

It’s super yum,easy & instant kulcha!

I used 1:1 ratio of Wheat flour & APF.

& it’s tawa Kulcha .. No need of oven!

Only 1 hour for fermentation .. No yeast but yes pinch of baking soda used .. So it’s instant … 😜😜😜

It’s really superrr Duperrr yummy & superr easy ..My Home was filled with wonderful aroma!!

Kulcha Stuffed with spicy & tangy grated paneer & pyaz ( cottage cheese & onion ). 

It can be easily prepared at home .. Ideally for making kulchas ;you need Clay Tandoor but that’s hardly an option for anyone at home.

So I made on Tawa & I used both flour (Generally Kulcha Require All purpose flour only ) but I used both wheat flour & maida ( for little healthy version )

 but believe me it’s super yummy. If once you will try …. I am sure you will become fan of this .. & after having this your taste buds will thank me 😜

Pyaz Paneer Kulcha recipe :-

Ingredients for Dough :-

1 cup Whole wheat flour

1 cup All purpose flour ( maida)

1 tbsp oil

1/2 tbsp sugar 

3-4tbsp yogurt 

2 pinch of baking soda 

Warm water

Salt to taste .. 

Method :-
Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl.

Add yogurt ,oil & mix well !!

Add little Luke warm water and make soft dough.

At last glaze your dough with little oil & cover with the damp cloth.

Place this bowl in preheated oven (@180 degree )or any warm place!

Let it rest for minimum 1 hour …!!
   
 

Ingredients for stuffing :-

1 cup grated paneer 

1cup grated or finely chopped onion 

1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper

1 tbsp red chilly powder

1/2 tbsp garam masala powder

1/2 tbsp Chaat masala 

1/2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder 

2 tbsp sesame seeds / kalongi 

Salt to taste 

Chopped coriander 

Method :-
Mix all above ingredients in mixing bowl ..Then taste & check !!

Add anything if necessary !
   
 

Your stuffing is ready & your dough is ready … Now we will make Instant Kulcha( flat bread).

Mashed dough again by your hands for 2-3 minutes Then take little oil on your palm & pinch some portion from the dough & make ball like roti or Paratha.

Roll with the help of dry flour then put sufficient stuffing in the centre & sealed like other stuffed Paratha.

Gently roll & it should be little thick.

  
    
 

Add little black sesame seeds or kalongi or any thing you want ( I used black sesame & dry coriander leaves) with the help of tip finger.
  

Press & make like kulcha or any round or oval shape.

Put this kulcha on hot tawa … & fry with ghee/ oil ( I preferred ghee)!!
