I named it Exotic Uttapam but my hubby said .. I would love to call this Pizzotic Uttapam 😄

Now let’s talk about it’s taste .. It’s Super delicious !!

It’s very healthy .. I added only dash of grated almond baby cheese.

Exotic Uttapam Recipe :-
For the base:-
1.5 cup Rawa ( semolina )
1/4 cup fresh or slightly sour Yogurt
1/4 cup normal water
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil for brushing
For Topping :-
2 chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 chopped tomatoes
4 tbsp boiled corn
2-3 chopped green chilly
2 tbsp olive oil / cooking oil
1tbsp red chilly powder or to taste
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp parsley
2 pinch sugar
Salt to taste
Firstly we will make batter… For base.
In a big bowl add sooji or Rawa .
Add yogurt & water with salt & black pepper .
Mix well .. Cover & keep aside.
Now for topping…heat a pan, add olive oil.
Add chopped garlic , sauté for while then add chopped onion & chopped green chilly.
Again sauté until onion becomes translucent.
Now add oregano & again sauté for while then add chopped tomatoes.
Sauté for around 5 minute .
Add boiled corn ,red chilly powder , black pepper , parsley , sugar & salt.
Now mix well .. & cover the lid for some time ,around 5minute.
Turn off heat.
Now your topping or spread is ready!
Let’s start to make our Exotic Uttapam:-
Before pouring batter on tawa ..
Taste & check the salt ,add if necessary.
If you see your batter is more thick .. No need to worry .. Just add some water & make pouring consistency batter (like pancake batter or slightly thicker than dosa batter).
Now heat the nonstick griddle (tawa).
As it’s heat & brush up with little oil.
Now pour ladleful of batter on medium to low flame.
Don’t flip too fast .. Let it cook completely from one side & you can also cover the lid.
Open the lid ..Now flip from another side .. When you will see little spots on top ,again flip .
Completely cooked side downward & slightly cook side should be on top of tawa .
Heat should be low .
Now with the help of spoon spread this mixture on Uttapam then add some grated cheese.
Add some chopped parsley or coriander leaves.
Cover the lid for some seconds.
Now your exotic uttapam is ready to Serve.
Remove this in other plate … With the help of knife or pizza cutter , cut into pieces .
