Ekadashi Special !!

We all want to have something for munching.

I would say this is the best & healthy snack for munching !!

Today I made this spicy roasted cashews. This is how my Mumma used to do for fasting or as a normal snack.

Masala Kaju / Masala Coated Roasted Cashews Recipe:-

Ingredients :-

2 cup Kaju ( cashews .. Whole , Raw & good quality)

2 tbsp Ghee

1 tsp or to taste Black pepper powder

1/2 tsp Dry mango powder

1/4 tsp Garam masala

1 tsp Roasted cumin powder

Fasting or normal Salt to taste

Method :-

Heat a pan add melted ghee over low heat .

Add Kaju ( cashews ) & continuously stir.

When it start to turn little reddish or pinkish then add salt , black pepper powder , Dry Mango powder , garam masala powder , roasted cumin powder.

Mix well !!

Continuously stir for some time .. Until it’s turn little dark red.

Then turn off heat !!

Now remove in big plate ..& let it cool completely.

( I made for fast so add only fasting salt , black pepper & little roasted cumin powder )

All done … Enjoy !!
