A very easy way of serving this famous pasta.
We have lots of macaroni recipes .I will share all one by one !!
This one is very easy peasy & super healthy .
It’s totally guilt free !! I didn’t use any kind of cheese .. Still it’s very delicious.
If you are in hurry & want to make something , which is quick ,yummy & filling .
I would suggest you to make this macaroni !!
It’s vegan .. & but yes if you don’t have almond milk or anything !!You can use normal milk !!
Quick to make
2 cup Macaroni ( boiled)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/8 tsp red pepper
1/2 cup almond milk ( you can use normal milk too)
1 tsp oregano or to taste
Salt to taste
Cook macaroni according to package directions with some salt & oil.
In a pan add olive oil over medium heat then add sliced onion, bell pepper & salt and pepper & toss for 4-5 minute .
Now slowly add almond milk ( you can use normal milk too ).
Cook and stir until bubbly.
Then you can add crushed Parsley & oregano!!
You can add fresh parsley too.
Stir for a while & Add Boiled macaroni stir to coat.
Serve hot 😊😊
