Sandwiches are my all time favorite breakfast & I always try to make with different stuffing .
So today I made this sandwich … Full of health & taste !!

Let’s Start Step by Step Recipe :-

Step 1 

Take some chopped cabbage ( I used white & purple ) , boiled corn( I used canned one) & some grated carrot ! 

 Step 2 

Take all chopped cabbage , carrot & boiled corn in a big bowl !

  Step 3

In a big bowl add some Greek yogurt / hung curd / mayonnaise .

( I used Greek Yogurt )

Add Chaat masala , black pepper powder & 2 pinch of salt !! 

(If you are using mayonnaise ..be careful while adding salt because mayonnaise already have salt )

  
Step 4 

Mix all together with the help of spoon !

  Step 5 
Take bread Slices of your choice ( I used brown bread ) 

Spread some butter … But it’s completely optional .

  
Step 6 

Spread some green mint coriander chutney .

  Step 7 

Now put stuffing on bread slice .

 Step 8

You can place some olives but it’s completely optional .

  
Step 9 

Cover this with another bread slice .

  
Step 10 

Brush up with some oil then put this sandwich on Hot Griddle ( tawa)

  
Step 11

Now fry this sandwich from both the sides using spatula .

Now it’s ready to serve !! 

  
Step 13 

Cut into peices with the help of knife !

 Full Recipe with Ingredients 

Ingredients :-

4 Bread Slices 

1 cup chopped cabbage 

( I used white & purple cabbage )

Some grated carrot 

1/4 cup boiled corn ( I used canned one )

3-4 tbsp Greek yogurt / hung curd / Mayonnaise 

1/2 tsp Chaat Masala 

1/2 tsp black pepper powder 

2 pinch of black salt or to taste 

2 tbsp green chutney 

Some butter ( optional )

Some olives ( optional )

Oil for brushing 
Method :-

Take some chopped cabbage , grated carrot & boiled corn in a big bowl .

Add Greek yogurt / hung curd & black pepper powder , Chaat masala & some black salt .

Mix all together .

Now spread some butter on bread slices. 

Then spread some green chutney.

Now put some stuffing .

Place some olives .

Now cover with another bread slice .

Little brush up with oil & put on hot tawa ( griddle ).

Cook from both the sides with the help of Spatula.

Now it’s ready to serve . 

Cut into peices & serve hot !!
