& off course you can omit cheese Slice for health reason !!

Recipe :-
Ingredients :-

For 2 sandwiches

2 big boiled & mashed Potatoes

1 small carrot ( peeled & grated )

2 bell pepper

I finely chopped onion

2 chopped green Chillies

4 tbsp boiled corn

2 cheese Slice ( optional )

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1/4 tsp red chilly Powder

1/4 tsp Chaat masala (optional)

1/8 tsp garam masala Powder

Oil for brushing

2 tbsp chopped coriander

4 Bread Slices

Salt to taste

Method :-
Firstly we will make Stuffing ..

In a big bowl add boiled & mashed potatoes !!

Add grated carrot ,chopped bell pepper , chopped onion , green chillies & boiled corn !!

Now add all the spices….

Cumin powder , black pepper powder , red chilly powder , Chaat masala ,garam masala & salt !!

Add chopped Coriander !!

Now mix well !!

Taste the stuffing … Adjust salt or anything !!

Now take bread slices !!

Spread this stuffing evenly !!
( If you wish .. You can spread any green chutney , ketchup or butter on bread before putting stuffing , today I didn’t add anything )

So now after spreading stuffing you can add Cheese Slice … But it’s completely optional .

Now cover with another bread slice !
Now it’s time to brush up your sandwich with little oil .

Then put in any griller or you can toast it on hot Griddle or any Sandwich Maker .

Now your Veggie Cheesy Sandwich is ready !!
Cut into pieces !!
