Cottage Cheese Salad Sandwich is very healthy & easy peasy Sandwich.As you all know I am very fond of sandwiches😜
This is one of my All time favorite Sandwich !!
It’s low in Crab & loaded with veggies !!
Low in crab
Crispy & crunchy
1/4 or 1/2 cup Mashed Cottage Cheese( Paneer )
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup boiled corn
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp or to taste black pepper
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Some parsley leaves
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or hung Curd (you can adjust the quantity of yogurt)
Black salt to taste
In a big bowl add all chopped veggies & cottage cheese .
Add all the spices & Greek yogurt .
Add some parsley leaves & salt .
Mix well ..
Now your stuffing is ready ..
Dry roast your bread on hot tawa from both the sides.
Now spread some stuffing … Cover with another bread !!
Cut in to pieces !!
Ready to serve !!
