Bread Bomb or Bread Ball or Bread Vada is tasty & crispy crunchy snack!!You can make this for breakfast or evening snack .
It’s quite easy & loved by All !!
Crispy & Crunchy
Ready in 15 min ( if you have boiled potatoes in fridge )
BreadBalls or Bread Vada or Bread bomb Recipe:-
2-3 boiled mashed potatoes
1 big size finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped Green Chillies
Some finely chopped lettuce
1 grated carrot
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
2 tbsp finely Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
Firstly we will make filing for ours bread bombs .
In a big bowl add some peeled mashed potatoes .
Add onion, green chilies, ginger paste, coriander leaves ,lettuce, grated carrot ( you can add any veggie of your choice )
Add masalas red chilly powder, chat masala , cumin powder& salt.
Mix well …
Now take one bread ( cut their edges)dip for a second in salted Luke warm water .
Use your both hand & between your palm press & drain excess water again do same with second bread .. Only 2 bread at the same time for one Vada .
Then put filling in the centre of the wetted bread cover with another wetted bread .. Press genteelly & make balls or Vada !!
Give them a ball round shape.
While shaping the vada or Ball heat the oil for deep frying in a pan on medium heat.
once oil is hot, drop the one vada or ball at a time.
do not touch for a minute otherwise it will break and will absorb too much oil.
Fry few vadas or balls at a time.
Once it is golden brown from one side, flip and cook other side as well.
Once vada or balls is golden brown and crispy from all the sides then remove it to a paper towel .
Serve the bread vada with green coriander chutney or ketchup.
Serve hot !
