Paneer is Common affair at my place because my hubby loves paneer & he can consume in any form . He is a big paneer lover . 

This is totally lips Smacking & restaurant style curry !! 

This is never fail recipe .. It goes perfect with anything . Either Roti , Paratha , Nan Or any type of Rice Dish !!

Paneer Lababdar Recipe :-
Ingredients :-

200 gram Paneer ( Cottage Cheese)

2 big size Onion ( finely chopped )

4 ripe red tomatoes (chopped )

1-2tbsp chopped ginger

1-2tbsp chopped garlic 

2-3 chopped green Chillies

12-15cashew nuts 

5-8 almonds 

2-3 clove 

1/2 tsp black pepper powder 

1-2 green cardamom 

1/2 tsp cumin seeds 

1-2 bay leaf 

1/2 tsp turmeric powder 

1tbsp coriander powder

1 tbsp red chilly powder ( Kashmiri lal) or to taste 

1tbsp garam masala or to taste 

1/2 tsp sugar

3-4 tbsp fresh cream ( you may increase 😜)

1 tsp crushed kasuri methi ( dry fenugreek )

2-3 tbsp butter 

Chopped coriander for garnishing 
Method :-

Firstly we will make paste for gravy !!

In a pan or wok add little oil or butter.

Add half of chopped onion & ginger garlic, chopped green chillies,clove , green cardamom .

Add black pepper powder or even you can add whole black pepper instead of powder .
Cook for sometime then add Chopped tomatoes . Cook for 5minutes over medium heat .

Now add cashew nuts & almonds !
Add some salt & half cup of water!

Cook for some time around 5-7 minutes Then let it cool completely !

Now shift this mixture into blender & blend Throughly !
Now your paste for gravy is ready !

Now again in same wok add butter / ghee / oil ..
Add cumin seeds & bay leaf …

after crackling add remaining

chopped onion !! 

Cook for some time until it becomes translucent .

Then add paste which we made for gravy!!

Cook for sometime around 8-10 minutes .. Until it start to loose oil !!

Then add turmeric powder , red chilly powder , coriander powder & some garam masala , sugar & 1/2 cup of water … Again cook for sometime around 8-10 min over low to medium heat .

Now add fresh cream & stir for some time. Add crushed kasuri methi .
Mix Well ..

Now add little fried paneer cubes or even you can add fresh paneer pieces. 
Let it cook paneer cubes in gravy for 2 minutes .

Now turn off heat .At last add remaining garam masala powder & garnish by chopped coriander !!
Serve hot with Roti, Paratha , Nan or even you serve this with any Biryani , Pulav or Zeera Rice !
It goes perfect with everything !
