Paneer Do Pyaza is a rich, Appealing & excellent curry of Paneer !!It’s quite easy to make & pure bliss !

It’s totally restaurant style curry. 

As it’s name ,this curry calls for little more onion !!

200 gram Paneer 

3-4 onions( big size)

1tsp garlic paste

1tsp ginger paste

1tbsp kasoori methi ( dried fenugreek )

1 1/2 tsp red chilly powder or to taste 

1 1/2 Tbsp ghee

2-3 tomatoes

1 small cup yoghurt

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

3-4 tsp cream

2 tbsp chopped coriander 

1 tbsp chopped green chillies


1 tbsp garam masala or to taste 

Method :-

Cut paneer into even size pieces and marinate with ginger & garlic paste paste, salt and some red chilli powder &2tbsp yogurt !!

Finely chop one onion and cut the other into large pieces. Blend tomatoes to make a puree.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds ,let it splutter then Add ginger garlic paste .

When it turns little pinkish, add chopped onions and cook until translucent at low flame Now add tomato puree and salt.

Take some yoghurt in a bowl, add turmeric and red chilli powder and mix it well. 
Add this mixture to the tomato puree and cook for some time or until ghee starts separating. 

Add coriander powder, cumin powder, the marinated panner,onion cut into large pieces, water and garam masala.
Cook for a some minutes ..

For Garnishing spread cream, green chillies, kasoori methi & Chooped coriander leaves .
serve hot.
( any ingredients according to your quantity or taste …you can add or Subtract )
