Mango Rawa Kesari recipe :-

Ingredients :-

1cup Rawa ( semolina)

1.5 cup mango pulp

1/2 cup milk

5-6 tbsp honey or to taste 

4-6 tbsp Ghee 

( if you will use good quality ripe mangoes .. It will be good !! I prefer alphanso !)

Saffron strands ( Generous amount)

1/2 tsp Cardamom powder 

Chopped dry fruits 

( almonds , cashews & pistachios )

Method :-

Firstly we will make purée .. Little thin in consistency !! Take blender add peeled ripe mango pieces ,milk , cardamom powder,saffron strands & honey !!

Blend Throughly …& keep aside !!

Now in a heavy bottomed pan add ghee . Add semolina & roast over medium heat … When it will look like little brownish or golden then add purée … Stir Occasionally !!

Cook until it start to leave the sides of pan !! 

At last add Chopped dry fruits & cardamom powder !!

Garnish by chopped pistachios & almonds!! 

Serve hot !!
